NEWS: The Return Of Henenlotter

It's about damn time.

Has it really been sixteen long years since cult director Frank Henenlotter dropped the last installment of his insanely twisted Basket Case series on the unsuspecting public at-large? Has it really? It would seem so, dear readers. For several years I've wondered if the man would ever return to the medium, especially after that Sick in the Head project seemed to wither, flail, and die before it ever came to fruition. However, thanks to the cats at Dread Central, I've learned that our beloved Frankenhooker mastermind has a brand new film in the can that's almost ready for mass consumption. Bad Biology, a "Godawful Love Story," already has a poster, a trailer, and a few reviews up on IMDb, a fact which makes me tingle with pseudo-boyish glee. How did this flick slip past by Henenradar? Why didn't anyone send me an e-mail about this thing? What the hell is wrong with all of you? At any rate, I'm excited as hell for its eventual release which, according to absolutely no one, should take place sometime this year. Naturally, as soon as I get a copy in my smelly little hands, I'll let you know all about it. And Mr. Henenlotter, if you're reading this, feel free to send a screener my way. I promise I'll be very kind to it. Assuming, of course, you've delivered the goods once again. Who am I kidding? Of course you did!
